Yep...

…he’s going to be good. If he could just grow 2-3 inches. Also, Mike Miller should wave a red flag on defense.

It Feels so good having Bassie at Point over Foye

I Dont Know what the Wolves are thinking but Foye is not a Point Guard

Indeed.

I also don’t know what Miller is thinking when he kicks it out to Bassy beyond 3 after passing up a shot.

One observation

I think the Wolves have some quality young talent. I don’t care for Witt as a coach (we complain about Theus sometimes, but he’s not nearly as awful as Witt is), but the Wolves have really started from scratch, and unlike the Kings vs the Wolves rebounding from the better years, the Kings had more talent than the Wolves did starting over.

But as far as these 2 teams go, the Kings have MIller, and Martin, and Moore, and Udrih who’ve all played 4 years or more in the League. Very few players on the court for the Wolves even have that experience. Also, I think defensively nobody on the Wolves backcourt matchup can match Bobby Brown’s ability defensively on the perimeter. (If Jason Thompson wasn’t such a valuable cog, I would have said the most shrewd thing Petrie did over the summer was sign Brown to a 2 year contract. Most underrated thing I’ve ever seen Petrie do.) That being said, I think the Wolves have talent, but they are a year away from pushing to a 500 record because they don’t quite have a complete team yet.

The difference in Minnesota and Sacramento, is Geoff Petrie and Kevin McHale. I don’t wish to rub it in, but the Iron Ranger’s ineptness is killing the Wolves at every level.

I meant on the rosters

I have always wondered why McHale has stayed employed, or more accurately why the owner guy (whom I"m blanking on his name at the moment) has kept him employed. I mean really, what dirty pic’s of this guy does McHale have? I mean for crying out loud, being a Minnesota legend doesn’t entitle him to run the Wolves past Ground Zero? Right? And yes I knew all along his name was Glen Taylor. (Wink Wink)

P.S. Witt ain’t no prize either.
