Good start
So much for my suggestion of shortening the bench, though playing Gomes at the 3 is the right thing with a team this big.
Foye showing confidence. Clear that the pressure of getting the 1st unit into the offense was too much for him, but he can be the man in the 2nd unit when AJ’s not on the floor.
I like the suggestion.

funny because I'm a bit of a cycling fanatic
and I just read an article about Briek Schotte, who apparently used to get up at 3:30am, so that he could get a full shift in at the factory before he had to race!
You getting up at the same time makes me think it’s a Belgian thing! ;)

still 5 guys (Foye Brewer Telfair McCants Miller) for 3 spots isn’t so bad is it? the difference tonight is playing Gomes at the 3…which of course leaves fewer minutes for Brewer and Miller…

An odd thing...
Love seems to take a lot of shots to the face. I often see him grabbing his nose/eyes after whistles.

Yeah he was even more physical if you can believe that. College ball is even more rugged than the NBA is. 15 years ago that wasn’t true, but now, the NBA is less physical.

Kind of a nice game on the whole though, I thought. If Love plays halfway decent they win. This is the kind of game I think they win in January.

Pretty ok game from the individual players perspective but now I saw what I really tought, the coach has to go, asap.
I really want more good 3point attempts. Where are the 3 TOP20 3point shooters?
You have to get a stop on such tight games. Where’s the team defense?
Why did we only see the Jefferson-Miller in-out thing at the end of the game?
I’m already rapidly falling in Love with Love though he’s a rookie off course and we need a bigger guy who can do defense, rebounds and putbacks, in that order.
