Star Tribune | Blog-A-Bull | Yahoo

The Bulls roll into town on a 4-game losing streak and will be without Drew Gooden tonight.

The contest earlier this year was a 10-point Wolves win, but Derrick Rose and Tyrus Thomas proved challenging (driving and blocking, respectively).

Projected Lineups

Bulls: Derrick Rose / Ben Gordon / Luol Deng / Tyrus Thomas / Joakim Noah

Wolves: Sebastian Telfair / Randy Foye / Ryan Gomes / Craig Smith / Al Jefferson

Noah...

Would look good in a Wolves uniform

Man--I mean, MAYN, that lineup comparison

really demonstrates the difference chemistry and hustle can make versus straight-up talent. Other than Jefferson, there isn’t a soul in the world who would take the Wolf over the Bull. Yet, and this is despite the start, I still like the Wolves for the win.

funny stuff about that Twins guy

“Sebastian Telfair would turn that guy inside out” lol

As bad as this start is...

…they’re going to win this game. Chicago is terrible.

Terrible coach, terrible contracts, guys who look like they'd turn on eachother in a second...

…the list goes on and on.

yah that['s the weird thing for me...

just how bad these guys are together. They’re good players for the most part. Maybe that clip of Del Negro Wyn posted a while back encapsulates this team…

btw the Turkish stream seems to be working better than the justin one.

Good lord..

…Ben Gordon is the only guy you have to worry about on this squad from outside 15 feet and they let him get open for a 3 in transition.

if not for Gordon, the Bulls are screwed.

Even Rose...

…just stand in front of him 5-6 feet off the ball and let him shoot from outside.

kewl

for a while there KFAN was synced with Justin. Then Justin had issues.

Hard to figure out when the NBA went insane and started working OT to hide their product from consumers.

That frontline got me sayin MAYN HOL UP

The fiendish frontline of Jeferson+Love combined for 24 rebounds and 58 points. That right there is dominance.

TOUGH, TOUGH LOVE

Damn, the kid was a man out there tonight!

by TheH on Jan 25, 2009 9:35 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

The bench was a combined...

….+41 for the night. The Bulls had 9 Oreb at the half and only managed 4 the rest of the way.

ay mayn u alreddy kno whu it is

young mayn hol up boutta go in on dis maynn!

aight so check it mayn i got 2 de game at halftime by acident cuz me and mah boy wuz gone off dat kill mayn we wuz cheifin an i thot de game started at 7 mayn!!! it wuz cool doe cuz we wuz wrecked mayn an dat doja had us sayin mayn hol up all night!!!!!!

mayn dat game wuz thowed doe! i’ll juss say three thangs mayn:

1. Any “Dat Boy Al migh not be a cornerstone” talk is ridiculous mayn. dat needs ta stop, now, de boy MUSTA been cheifin on de kill tonight cuz he wuz killllllin it. dat Al altercation wit Gray wuz THOWED MAYNNNNNNNN

2. De Angry Whopper wuz a str8 FIEND. it wuz mad impressive to see in person an he played excellent, excellent defense mayn

3. forget dem stats mayn, Joakim Noah is NOT the answer to our need fo a true center. if you still think we shud get him you either a) gone off dat sherm stick or b> didnt watch dis here game mayn he wuz a fool.

MAYN HOL UP!

yeah all due respect to Jefferson

whom I absolutely love, but Love’s numbers are just sick – 19 pts 15 rebounds (5 off) in 33 minutes? Those are Moses Malone type numbers right there! Not to get ahead of myself, but that is insane.

by plinytheelder on Jan 26, 2009 12:03 AM CST up reply actions   0 recs

I kinda

agree for the most part here.Love is certainly doing great and yes should be getting more playing time. Big Al is a bit beyond comparison to a rookie for as of now I’m sure we’ll see a lot more o Lovin’ around the team play once the final months near

by dukeboy25 on Jan 26, 2009 1:16 AM CST up reply actions   0 recs

i thot it wuz the best offensive game

dat ive seen from him at leass mayn.like i said he wuz a str8 FIEND, in fact i thot he outplayed Rose like crazy mayn (i aint see dat first half doe mayn)

I absolutely fucking love Kevin Love an i aint gon even say pause on dat (PAUSE doe on de real)

MAYN HOL UP!

by MAYNHOLUP on Jan 26, 2009 1:17 AM CST up reply actions   0 recs

Just watched the game (oh yes I did, yes I did). And wow, how could one not be excited.

After the highway robbery trade I’d even like to proclaim trading our toaster for Carney “highway robbery nr2”. Give the guy just a little more time and slowly increase the burn he gets … don’t let this guy go!

Miller looked even worse than I imagined. Not saying we should thrown him overboard but aw-full.
