Around SBN: Can Tebow Say No To Anything?

Mario West and Courtney Sims got the word that their time was up before practice, so there was already a feeling that something (or more accurately someone) was missing.

But the gut-punch came later when rookie center Garret "Big Glacier" Siler got his pink slip afterwards.

Big Glacier - Love it!

One of my favorite parts of Summer League was watching Flynn breakdown the D and setting up the Big Glacier for a dunk. Do you know what Siler’s FG% was after 5 summer league games playing with Jonny Flynn? 78%!!! Soft hands and a strong body. Would love to see him on the squad, even if he is a long shot.

Wait...

Does that mean he got cut? Siler, I mean.

he is released

Without Blount and Daniels they have 14 on the roster, with one empty spot. There’s certainly room for Siler, especially if they send Jawai to the D-League, a move that would receive my hearty endorsement.

Why even send Jawai to the DLeague?

Without Love and with an unhealthy Jefferson, we’d need both of them.

If anyone should be sent to the DLeague, it’s Stewie.

I do not think Stewie is able to be sent down.

Weird that atlanta cut some before practice, and Silar after practice. Kind of a d*ck move.

Maybe they thought he needed the exercise.

When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True story.

Bring on the Glacier

Juwai and Siler…they need the same things, starting with a dietitian. But what a pair of frames.

The Jazz also cut

Goran Suton. May be worth a look.

No thanks

There’s nothing about him that we really need or that has upside.
