I think it's fair.
I still don’t quite get what the guy uses as his criteria, but at the very least, we know it’s a monthly list, so recent play is a major factor. He pretty much acknowledges that Al should be lower by that measure, but that he isn’t because he expects him to move back up as he gets better.
