Thought about it and found something new

THIS IS ASSUMING WE CAN GET THE NUMBER 1 PICK

Take Wall…he will be an all star  Then depending on how well Xavier Henry finishes the season we may have to trade up to take him but the wolves desperately need a good shooting gaurd and he could provide some much needed help.

Secondly this offseason we need to sign Rudy Gay.

starting 5

PG-John Wall
SG-Xavier Henry
SF-Rudy Gay
PF-Kevin Love
C-Al Jefferson

Any opinions?

This requires one of the best

case scenarios from both the draft and FA. Very Unlikely. You might as well throw Lebron in there instead.

If we somehow landed Wall and Henry, I don’t see the need to spend on Rudy Gay. I think a cheaper role player that plays better defense would be smart, in that dream scenario.

If we got wall

there wouldn’t be enough shots to go around with both Gay and Al. It’s why I am so high on the Henry/Wes combo. They don’t need the ball to be effective or efficient. Do you just stick with brewer then at the 3? Who would fit the defensive role player build then?

Good question...

ideally, we could get somebody like Shane Battier, only younger. Ironically, I think Battier was traded for Rudy Gay when Gay was drafted.

Martell Webster or Travis Outlaw would be pretty good fits. Younger versions of James Posey or Shane Battier, whoever they might be. I just don’t like the idea of having so many scorers — I’d rather have 2 or 3 in the starting lineup (Wall, Henry, Jefferson) and 2 or 3 role players to make the chemistry work.

Lebron...

…just might sign with the Wolves if we get Wall.

In two years,

Rubio, Wall, James, Love, Jefferson.

I think we should also sign Przybilla.

I just jizzed my pants thinking about that…. I moved to LA two months ago and have seen Marcus Camby at Target twice now. He would be a better fit than Pryz IMO, should I ask him to join the wolves if I see him again? At least ask him IF he’d be willing to join the wolves if they offered him a contract? Rubio, Wall, James, Jefferson, Camby, Love might be the most rediculously awesome lineup of all time!!!!!!

I know the James part ain't happening

but damn if the Camby addition wouldn’t be the best for us. If he does once a week what he did against us tonight; 10pt, 18rbd, 5blk…the hell with an awesome wing, we got three guys who could average over 10 boards a night! Would the other team get a rebound with those three fighting for them…let alone rubio, wall, and any wing shooting????
