an easy target!
but pretty funny nonetheless. in all seriousness, it was hard not to appreciate cardinal’s talking points in the radio broadcast’s postgame wrap interview — he had an engaging long term perspective about where the young talent on the team is headed and a refreshing sense that he was eager to be part of it. talking points, sure. but our team can be strangely likable. (like my dad?)

it was just the tail end of the radio broadcast...
i’m guessing probably not archived anywhere. unless there’s an obsessive brian cardinal fan site out there that we don’t know about.

hey by the way
I was at a party the other night and met the football coach from Carleton, no joke, I guess he’s dating a friend of mine – anyways I was there with a buddy who went to Mac and he was asking the guy what he thought about Mac’s football program! The guy kind of stifled a grin and said they joined some other conference because they hadn’t won a game for something like 3 years in Carleton’s conference…but they were doing well in the other conference (this guy was very diplomatic, a born recruiter I guess) and maybe would rejoin the Carleton one soon, well someday at least. Anyways thought you’d enjoy the news about the Scotsmen (isn’t that the name?)!
