The Timberwolves’ starting shooting guard didn’t accompany the team on its two-game West Coast road trip because of a lingering bone bruise in his hip and coach Kevin McHale wasn’t optimistic about Foye’s chances of returning in the final three games.

"I’ve asked him to try a couple things differently that I want to see if he can kind of take to the court," McHale said. "But I would say as of right now it doesn’t look too promising that he’ll get out there at any time."
