This list worries me...
I’m not going to assume that these are the only guys they’re interested in, but where’s DeRozan? Holiday? It’s comprehensive, which is good, but those two should be on the list.

Thabeet not there either; I’d like that if they didn’t make it so publicly know; you never know…
I sure hope they’ll get a look at Jennings though, he’s so unknown.
Beater of the early Thabeet drum ... but not so much of the late one
Jennings will be at the Reebok Eurocamp. Minny is there in the organization committee and with a coach and probably more people

pete Philo has had plenty of time with Jennings to have a complete opinion. Plus there really is not questions about Jennings that can be answered before the draft. Curry has questions that we might be able to get a hold on before the draft. If Curry can athletically compete with other guards then his value improves.
forgot; my bad

Jennings and Holiday were pretty equal coming out of high school. Different, but equal. Jennings went to europe, struggled and is now in the draft. Holiday went to UCLA, contributed but did not go crazy. How are these two compared to each other? Why is one considered a top-10 and the other a 15-25?
Two reasons in my opinion:
1. Yeah, they both struggled, but one struggled against professionals 10 years his senior and the other struggled against amateurs around his own age.
2. Athleticism. Jennings is a far more explosive athlete.
I think after Rubio and Griffin, I’d put all of these guys into a grab bag at the next tier: DeRozan, Harden, Thabeet, Curry, Lawson, and Jennings.
Just saw SnP’s post…same kinda deal I guess.

Ultimately...
…I think Jennings gets points for paying his dues and being a professional. Holiday made some comments about Howland’s system and he didn’t even put in the time Westbrook did 1 and 2 years ago. Jennings entered his European adventure with the Kid-n-Play fade, swagger, and having a knack for making the spectacular pass seem more about him than his teammates. He leaves a player that has had to come off the bench, play off the ball, run an offense, and be a man on his own. He didn’t complain a bit. That says a lot about the guy. I think this plus Jennings’ ridiculous athleticism and handle put him ahead of Holiday. Some team is going to look at a player like Aaron Brooks and see that sort of speedster (albeit without the shooting) in Jennings. Teams will look at Holiday and try to see Westbrook but only see about 1/2 of what the OKC rookie accomplished/is. To put it more plainly, Jennings ‘manned up’ while Holiday was a typical college kid.

Absolutely!
These people MEANT to look like that. They were saying, “Honestly—this is the way that I feel most comfortable, and present the image that I wish to portray,” instead of “Could you imagine if I ACTUALLY wanted to look like this?”
They do measure height at the combines
Hey, why don’t more prospects wear a high fade? A couple of inches can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Guys on that list I like
Chase Budinger
DeJuan Blair
Stephen Curry
Tyreke Evans
Johnny Flynn
Tyler Hansbrough
Ty Lawson
Eric Maynor
Jodie Meeks
Patrick Mills
A.J. Price
Jeff Teague
Ben Woodside
of course it all depends on where they are picked too.

Jennings's professional experience was forced on him
Jennings paid his dues as a professional essentially because he was caught attempting to cheat his way past the entry exams for college. (Back story: He scored horribly, retook the test and did very well — and then bombed a third attempt required because of the red flags test #2 had raised. Right? I believe that was it.)
As a prospect he’s a little maddening. The guy’s self-given nickname at one point was “Young Money” during his time in Rome. His maturity and professionalism definitely aren’t without question, in my book, though honestly I don’t dislike what I’ve seen of the kid personally. Jennings is one prospect where the interview really would matter some. (Thank goodness McHale won’t be in place to put him through the rigorous “brain typing” test.)
