Kevin Love's media skills aren't limited to breaking news on Twitter.
The Timberwolves' rookie forward was among the NBA players who participated in a mock draft for ESPN The Magazine.
Here are Love's choices for the Wolves' three first-round picks and comments.
6. Brandon Jennings, PG, Italy
Love: "We need a good 3, but since DeMar (DeRozan) and (James) Harden are off the board, I like Brandon. I admire his passing, and I've been on the good -- and bad -- end of ones that resulted in dunks. Plus, he's a lefty, which makes him unorthodox and a tough matchup."
18. Austin Daye, F, Gonzaga
Love: "Austin's got potential. He's a guy you can gamble on, like Anthony Randolph in Golden State. His upside is, at 6'10", he's going to get better."
28. Josh Heytvelt, PF/C, Gonzaga
Love: "Being from the Northwest, I've seen Josh play. He can help as an inside presence and give us depth in our frontcourt rotation."
Yikes, glad Love's not drafting for the Wolves.

Didn't Love learn the game watching old Larry Bird and Kevin McHale tapes?
A part of me wishes he treated his offseason the same way Larry Bird used to. Larry would completely disappear by returning home to French Lick, Indiana and obsessing about how he could get better and beat Magic Johnson and the Lakers or Julius Irving and the Sixers. Friggin’ Kevin Love is popping up everywhere these days! He should be in some rundown gym doing killers and taking 500 mid-range jumpers with Purple Yao in his face!
the big "trade"
are you joking?…we need thabeet….al needs thabeet….and thabeet needs al…we could have the “best” back court in the nba….put thabeet with holiday….or teague…or any of the other pgs that are littering this years first round and we will be fine…im seriously tired of us drafting pgs and sgs that cant get the job done…i remember when going into a divisiong with the nugs TBs and jazz was a good thing….what happend?…oh yeah…we traded one of the greatest players in history to the leperchauns
