This one is worth another look. Here's Wayne Ellington after his workout with the Wolves.

Sounded pretty good
Nice form on the jumper.
You know, every time I see something like this, I have to force myself to take a step back, and imagine being a 21 year old having 10 microphones shoved in my face. How hard would it be to sound intelligent and give worthwhile answers in those circumstances?
And Ellington doesn’t have nearly as much attention and pressure as the bigger name guys.
Finally, imagine being Rubio—even younger, and asked questions in a language not your own? Ouch.

You're on a conference call
A bunch of German, or French journalists are barking questions at you over a crackling phone line. Now multiply it by three days’ or so worth of calls and interviews.
It can’t be much fun.
On draft night
my man’s got it all going on.

If you think the one on the RIGHT is nice
get a look at the one on the LEFT!

Smooth J.
I look forward to that. Let’s hope Brewer can find 38-40% in the corner. If he does, and if Ellington can find net often enough, we are a completely different team.
Two questions: (1) Has anyone seen Brewer’s physique recently? (2) Has anyone seen Love’s physique lately? These are questions to which I hope to receive diametrically opposed answers.
I stood next to Brewer
at the season-ending game against Sacto a couple months ago. I’m guessing his jacket size is like 28 extra long. Seriously, my skinny kids’ shoulders are broader than his.
Love, on the other hand, looked thinner in person than on the TV, and apparently is in even better shape now. (I will refrain from making jokes about Twitter-related injuries, or the inevitable physical setback suffered by Wolves’ draftees in their second seasons).

Well, let's hope Brewer finds
28-30% before we start worrying about 38-40%.
I see some similarities between Ellington and Courtney Lee. Primarily shooting off-guards, not huge, not great slashers/penetrators/finsihers. We’ll see on the defense. Not tremendous ball-handlers.

Have you seen...
… his numbers from last year? Stunning progress. Problem: like 12 shots. :)
