Checking In From Sin City

PrintWell, it's hot. I suppose that meets expectations, considering it's the desert and all. Not that I'm complaining, but this Midwestern boy will take 4 seasons over constantly dry and 90 any year of my life.
Of course, I didn't come for the weather. I'm here to watch Corey Brewer, Jonny Flynn, Wayne Ellington and the cast of contract-hopefuls (plus Messieurs Oleksiy Pecherov and Bobby Brown) get some run in NBA licensed apparel. Here's the agenda:
- Friday, July 17 (today): Wolves v. Wizards at 5pm PST (7pm CST). I'll post a recap tonight.
- Saturday, July 18: Wolves v. Hornets at 3:30pm PST (5:30 CST). A recap will follow.
- Saturday night I'll be talking with Neil Olstad of TWolvesBlog, so look for a link once they post it.
- Sunday, July 19: Wolves v. Bulls at 3pm PST (5pm CST). You guessed it, a recap.
- I'll be tweeting here and there about the Wolves and other games I happen to catch.
- As interviews come and go, I'll try to get them up on the site ASAP. I'm hoping to talk to at least David Kahn and the three guys mentioned above.

He’s either desperately trying to cover his losses, having breakfast with his new bride, in jail, or all of the above….Where is Poordick? He’s got to have some good material in speculating on Wyn’s whereabouts.

Where was Corey?
He didn’t play today and I was looking forward to seeing him not being able to watch the first two games that much. Did something happen to him, or did they just not play him for no reason?
They said up front that Corey would only be playing a little bit.
I hate Pod Six. I don't even know why we have a Pod Six. Total suck pod.
