Via RealGM, it seems someone with the team isn't all that familiar with its players.
The worst part about this is that it is on the team's official website.
UPDATE: It turns out that the wallpaper art is done by Danielle Warzala. You can view her site here. Apparently she is the one unfamiliar with Mr. Gomes. Still, between this and the Sam Mitchell Woves poster, there is definitely something to be said about quality control. Note to self: If you hire an artist to do work for you, make sure they are familiar with the subject.
As a quick side-note, Danielle is a member (only member?) of the local group Benjamin Hero. You can listen to some of their songs on MySpace.
BTW: Closed circuit to the team: It's probably time to take down the Let's Build It Randy Foye wall paper in addition to updating the Blueprint.

Their writing is no better
A fair share of the press release pieces on the site are written by a Jonah Ballow, who’s credited as a “writer/editor.” He’s obviously performing both roles on what he writes, which is a bad idea, and the results are often larded with a bunch of nonsense filler.
The kid’s obviously working on the cheap. Still, I’d expect a higher degree of professionalism there, too.

I couldn’t keep myself from laughing with this and the fact that the Randy Foye poster is still on there..

They also sold season tickets with Rubio and Flynn as the headliners
What, too early?

It speaks to some poor marketing work on the part of the Timberwolves.
Regardless of the familiarity of the artist with the material, it is the repsonsibility of someone in the Front Office to check this stuff off. This is a multi-million dollar business after all.
