Fire David Kahn site

I guess it was bound to happen: firedavidkahn.wordpress.com. Before going to some of the clips, I just have to ask: Really? The team hasn't played a game yet. Obviously, the name is partially for publicity, but let's take a look at some of the things whoever this is has to say.

These are the reasons why Iverson makes sense for the Wolves and so why would the team want an aging star.  He still carries star power.  He still has a marquee name and marquee names sell tickets, something the Timberwolves haven’t done since trading the Big Ticket.

It’s a sad, sad day for WNBA fans.  Early this morning Diana Taurasi was citing driving drunk following a masterful performance for her Pheonix Mercury, scoring 22 points and blocking four shots. For the die hard Mercury fans the question that is lingering, how will this affect the teams title hopes.  And WNBA fans, will this affect her being the leader in All Star votes?  Only time will tell, but for now the WNBA world in shaken

Yes, that's the whole post, cut off in mid-sentence.

The Timberwolves were under the bright lights on Thursday with the entire league watching in anticipation as to what they were going to do with their four first round picks and in typical Wolves fashion they didn’t disappoint. They drafted three point guards with those first four picks, traded one of the picks (Ty Lawson) for future consideration and used the pick they got from Washington to select a guy that has no interest in playing for the Timberwolves. I think next year they should do a fan appreciate deal, where one lucky fan gets to do the drafting for the Wolves–I can’t image it being any worse. David Kahn has had some memorable quotes over the past few days, trying to explain his draft day moves. My favorite being “None of us really know what we were doing." The solution is to fire Kahn now and save what little face the Wolves have. They can then rip Kahn and figure out what they are going to do with Rubio and Flynn.

Obviously, this is a mediocre writer whose comments would be shot down on a site like this, but the name obviously gives him some unwarranted attention (it was posted as a link on TWolvesBlog).
