A Timberpup fans cold dream.
January 7th, 2010. Minnesota should trade Al Jefferson and the two lower first rounders that it has for a sign and trade deal with Chris Bosh. Then Bosh can try and convince another one of the stars to come play with him in Minnesota. A grand long shot, but couldn't you see Bosh convincing Wade to return to the north to play with Love, Flynn Brewer, a low first round pick, and the eventual Rubio? Minnesota doesn't seem like a likely place for a dream team like that to be compiled, but we have the cap space if we trade away Jefferson.

Why not......
Try to sorround Big Al with real talent?
Because Big Al's Knees have gone to hell
Kevin Love is the better Big man of the two in my opinion.
ummm
and watch Bosh leave as a FA after the year … I like that plan
you read the “sign and trade” part of this, didn’t you?
anyway, hard to argue with this for the wolves. bosh is an upgrade over jefferson (though i wouldn’t expect him to continue his torrid rebounding pace this year, bringing it closer to even) and if all it takes is to throw in a couple of non-lottery picks, it would be worth it. the question would be what kind of a contract bosh would want and if he’d sign an extension before testing the waters. that seems doubtful.
if the raps were convinced bosh was leaving (and they should be), this would be the sort of move that they could sell the fans on, so i could see them doing it. again, it’s about whether or not bosh would sign an extension.
heart of a champion, will of the warrior.
It's the sort of "aim high" attitude you'd hope our FO would have.
Toronto have some pretty substantial problems; their franchise face is looking to leave (after losing Vince Carter already), and they are paying substantial money to a group of guys who aren’t getting them anywhere.
I’d do that deal if I could have Bosh here for 4 years.

Not interested in Bosh...
another PF who is not going to be a defensive presence down low AND will cost a lot more than Al. Bosh will want MN KG type money even thought he is not now nor will he ever be as good as KG.
