What defines success in January?

I've been looking toward January for a long time now (since the Fall of 2009) as the time at which I think it's fair to start seriously judging Kahn's and Rambis's performance.  That is, most of the windows for acquiring players have passed, the players that have been acquired have had some (albeit not a lot) of time to play together, and (as it turned out) the January schedule is quite fair.  The Wolves play 14 games in January, with no back to backs until the end of the month, and the schedule includes nine home games.  If this team is going to get good this year, January would be a good place to start.

I asked myself today how I would define success in January (I'm not sure yet).  Then I thought it might make for a good poll.  I've shown the annual pace that each January win total represents.  This ignores performance to date and assumes that the Wolves play the whole season at the January winning percentage.
