So, I was just reading this ESPN article that said the Lakers are looking to add some cap room so i put together this trade....
Lakers get:
Mid 1st pick
Wolves get:
Wolves lineup
Pg- Flynn/Farmar
Sg-Brewer/Vujacic
Sf-Walton/Wilkins
Pf-Jefferson/Love
C-Bynum/Hollins
Let me know what your opinions are. This does work in the trade machine

IMO, Lakers would never make that trade. I’m sure they’d love to move Walton and Sasha, but they’re not trading Bynum in the middle of a run for an NBA championship unless they’re getting an All-Star big (Bosh).

Would the Lakers really move Bynum for a cap saving deal?
On, and taking Walton and Vujacic together AND giving up a first for the privilege?

Way too much salary.
I don’t think Bynum is valuable enough to justify moving all that long-term money. His contract is already a little too pricey, and Sasha and Walton add over $22 million in dead-weight salary commitments. To a small market team whose best two players are big men with a new CBA on the horizon? No way.
Would I trade Spare parts and cap room for Bynum?
Heck yeah! Would LA? I doubt it.
