They are the players selected 23rd since 2000.
So out of the 10 players, you get one quality starter in Prince, one player who may turn out to be a quality starter in Casspi, two players who have been reasonably productive bench players in Chandler and Outlaw, fringe players in Boone and Garcia, and total non-factors in Koufos, Monia, and Armstrong.
Would it be worth it to package the 23rd with the 16th, even if it is only to move up 2 or 3 spots to get a player they really like who is slipping to the end of the lottery? (Henry, George, Udoh, Whiteside, etc.)?
