Not sure I agree with this, but here's what Ford said today in his live chat:

Really? I can see his point, if you really believe that the Wolves roster is ONLY missing Evan Turner. That is only if the Wolves can win with the rest of the current roster. Can Turner alone be worth 20 additional wins all by himself? Turner and Rubio could maybe give us an additional 30+ wins, which makes us a playoff team, but not by much. I'm not sold on this, by any means. Interesting to get this take on it from Ford, though.

Of course, later on he said that the Wolves are the most likely team in the top 5 to trade down. Here's the link:
