cousins or johnson?
who have better talent? if rubio is the future, who fits better with rubio? i say cousins, because this year draft is full of talents; so we can get a wing at #16. draft cousins and sign darko to a 2-3 years deal. with cousins being a rookie, he might end up with lots of foul trouble so darko will get playing time and darko will be a mentor for cousins.
We’re going to have to use the 16th and 23rd together to move up if we want a wing. I just don’t see Avery Bradley, James Anderson, Gordon Hayward, or Damion James being anything more than a good rotation guy off the bench. I do believe George, Henry, and Babbitt will be gone by then, the Clippers, Jazz, Hornets, and Grizzlies all need wings.

I think Bradley could be something special, we just don’t need a small combo guard.

If we want our wing of choice between George, Henry, and Babbitt we’ll have to push Golden State or the Pistons hard for one of their picks. Maybe even Wes Johnson if he’s available at 6.

I don't think that's possible
from everything I’ve heard Sacto is in love with the idea of pairing Tyreke and Wes together.
"Styx might be the mullet of bands."
if wesley johnson is not available...
we should shoot for a younger wing? aminu?
I think that is one of their plans too
IND stands out as being willing to move down 6 spots for the 23rd selection. That way they don’t overpay for someone like Avery Bradley or Bledsoe.
No one is getting Rubio's rights unless they pry them from our cold dead fingers.

It's easy to see other teams drafting strictly by need from our perspective.
When the draft comes to them, though, there are going to be bigs like Monroe (who can’t possibly fall past Utah, can he? He’s supposedly destined to go there) and Cole Aldritch on the board too.
It does seem entirely reasonable to package the two picks and move on the guy you want, but I don’t think it’s impossible one of the wings gets to 16 or even 23.

I voted for Cousins, but...
I got a sneaking suspicion that it will turn out to be Johnson because he fills a need, can contribute immediately, and is a good character guy. That just adds up to a T-Wolf draft pick.
On the 1st Poll I voted for John Wall but,
I have heard some interviews and I certainly do not like his mouth. He sounds
too Street and arrogant sometimes. I’d hate to coach him. Talent, he’s got, but
too much smack.
"You don't have the talent, but you can work harder than everyone else."
My BS meter goes off with Wall, a bit.
