PrintProbasketballtalk is again reporting the David Lee to GS rumor late Wed. night.

I'm really hoping at this point that we don't sign Lee. I like the guy. I think he's an upgrade at PF for us, but after we trade Al, KLove is our reigning best player and I would hate to have to count on another trade to make our team look balanced.
Trade Al for Michael Beasley and a draft pick through Dampier and call it a day. I don't know that Al can bring us a better SG than Webster will be. Unless there's a team no one is talking about who wants Al (I'm taking the rumors of a Batum trade to be hot air) then we need to get at least one decent draft pick for the guy. Beasley should be gotten easily and can be our backup PF. A screwball with upside. Again, I'll take it.

How is a draft pick from Miami good? Especially if they sign Wade.

Miami owns
the rights to Toronto’s #1 pick next year, though its lottery protected. I’d take that one.

Miami has Toronto’s 1st rounder next year, which will probably turn out to be an alright pick.
Toronto's pick
is top 14 protected through 2014 I think. Though I could be wrong.
i’m on board if we get miami’s pick next year (unprotected) AND the their rights to the Toronto pick – whenever that should happen to fall to us.
Beasley would be nice
I think he can still get really good and almost live up to his pre-draft hype. Also he might be able to play SF if necessary
