Is it permissible to ask my fellow readers what their thoughts are on Shaq going to the Celtics? I feel the need to ask after noticing that humor ain't taken to too kindly in these here parts (reference extended remarks from Kahn). It's time for a new nickname, befitting the man for whom a negative PER should be invented. I mean, really, the numbers bear out (I'm sure someone would like to argue the point) that Shaq made Phoenix and then Cleveland worse teams when he was on the floor! He was wonderful in his prime, but now? Ugh. I think his nickname should be the Big Constipation. If only I could think of some sort of Celtic nickname that incorporates a big plug in your offense...the Big day after the shamrock shake? I really have no idea. Thoughts?
