i like this
interesting sense of humor.
I think front-page video embedding needs to be addressed, however, as they totally ruin the way the page displays. See here for an example. The recent Ricky highlights video did the same thing.
Everyone take a breath.
I second that
I’d been waiting for Ricky to cycle down so I could see those fan links again.
No autopsy, no foul.
We'll definitely bring the formatting issue up...
…with the IT folks. It works if you have wide angle. We should probably go with the thinner videos and make some sort of standard width.

BTW
you should thank the IT guys too. Considering how much traffic and posts and comments and images and everything these sights handle, it’s pretty sweet how few issues there are. Please tell them that their work doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.

I wonder. %
% Does anybody else find it peculiar that he implies that he made his decision to play with the Timberwolves while taking a crap? What does that say about the view players have of our beloved franchise? Was it actually sitting on the toilet that reminded him of the Wolves? Was it the flushing sound that reminded him of how this franchise just flushed a season down the toilet after flushing away the #6 pick in the draft on another PG? What is it exactly about taking a crap that inspired Anthony Tolliver to sign with the Wolves? Is it possible that he and other low-end free agents are self-aware enough to realize that they (as crappy NBA players) belong with this franchise?
Sam Cassell for Marko Jaric? That's ridiculous! I would never have traded Sam Cassell for Marko Jaric.

Nah
I think he looked down and realized that this was the mellow place to be.

Dropping a Deux
I took it as the second “Decision” was made while going, as the kids say, “#2.”
Delonte West, we hardly knew thee
Not sure what to make of it.
He’s in his bathroom, sitting on his toilet saying he’s going to the Twolves. Is this symbolic?
To love is to forgive!
Loved it...
…right up until the half-deflated party noise-maker sound as the words Minnesota Timberwolves were shown on screen. :(
He sounds like an interesting character. Cool.
It sounded more like a Viking horn!
But I’ll accept it has a Wolf howl.
What announcement interview? And isn't LBJ dead?
…..please accept my apology.

I was wondering...
is there a video of Golden State Warriors’ fans burning Tolliver’s jersey?
Funny
He can actually play a little bit and he’s got a sense of humor. For some reason, I think he and Love will be good buddies before too long.
Interviewer: Can you understand why teams value potential ahead of experience and accomplishment in the draft? Wes Johnson: "Yeah. I understand. It’s the youngness of everything – older guys like young women, so it’s the same way."
Good point
Maybe he’s this team’s Reddog in the lockerroom – the guy who can keep everyone else loose, tease guys in just the right way so that stuff never boils over and instead guys come together and laugh. I think there are some really focused and competitive guys on this team (Love, Darko, Corey, Wayne, Lazar to name some) and having a goofball can be really, really helpful in keeping guys grounded and not too serious. Conversely, he might also have a nice effect on a guy like Beasley too. I don’t know – I just love Jerry Z’s take on him as ‘another long armed athlete waiting for Rubio.’

Good point on Beasley
Looks like they are going after guys that are cool enough for Beas to hang with, but straight and smart and hard workers. Should have a positive impact on Beasley’s attitude, and that is great for us.
% What does their sexual orientation have to do with hanging out with Beasley?
I’ve been a silent reader of Canis Hoopus for over a year and this terrible, horrible, no good joke is my first post as a member of the community…
I’m ashamed of myself.

No you're not.
If you were, you would have refrained from making that joke until after you had made your first post elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, you still would have made that joke. But it wouldn’t have been your first post so you would have been able to forget about it much sooner. It’s ok. We welcome all kinds here. We haven’t kicked SBJake off, and he’s said some outrageously optimistic things that bear little resemblance to reality as the rest of us know it. I think you’ll be alright too.
