Predict - a - ROY

So a recent thread made me want to poll all of CH on who we think will win the rookie of the year this year. I will list all of the top 5 and include some others that went aftewards who have legitimate chances of winning. If I forget someone, please let me know ASAP so I can add them and not have them lose too many votes.

The current candidates are:

-Blake Griffin (last year's number 1 pick, with a year of "experience" under his belt and a team primed to make a leap, could that boost him into the ROY?)
-John Wall (This year's number 1 pick, will he get enough shots next to Arenas and the rest of the shoot-happy, inexperienced Wizards?)
-Evan Turner (CH Golden Boy who slipped between our fingers. Ask yourself this: Would you vote for him if we had taken him?)
-Derrick Favors (Big learning curve ahead of him, will Carmelo Anthony his defense and athleticism push him to the top?)
-Wesley Johnson (Will his injury persist and keep him out of contention or will he shine in our up-tempo offense? Ask yourself this: Would you vote for him if we had not taken him?)
-DeMarcus Cousins (Insane production in college. Will it translate? Attitude questions? What's your answer?)

Out of the top 5:
-Tiago Splitter (He's been in Europe for a while now. Is it time for him to take the league by storm? If he wins, is this a good omen for a certain Ricky Rubio?)
-Nikola Pekovic (Another European player who has a legit shot of ending the season as a starter. Can he stay on the floor long enough to produce?)
-Luke Babbitt (We drafted him and traded him away. He has to have some sort of shot at it, right?)

Lots of other options, if you choose other, please provide a name and some decent reasoning in the comments. I didn't include Monroe, Davis, or George, but I expect they all have some backers. Maybe even Gordon Hayward? Let's hear it. Defend your choice or respond to my questions.
