Do David Kahn and Kurt Rambis realize there is a developmental league?
Kambis(Kahn/Rambis) need to start utilizing the D-League to their advantage. Everyone can see that Jonny Flynn is struggling big time. I know this sounds absurd but how about sending him down to the D-League again to get his confidence and any game he does have back? What's the negative to doing this? He is not helping the current team at all and they have a PG sitting on the end of the bench collecting dust that has outplayed him all year. And don't get me started on Lazar Hayward. He hasn't played one minute in the last 11 games. I honestly can't think of one reason he hasn't been sent down to get some minutes in an actual game. The Wolves are more than deep enough at the 3/4 that they have no need for him unless 2 or more guys get injured, and if that happens they can call him back up.
I think the Wolves and many other teams are really missing an opportunity by not sending end of bench rookie/second year guys down to the D-League to work on their game in an actual game setting. What am I missing?
