I'm guessing that the original reaction will have something to do with him being another PF, or overpaid, etc. But, stick with me. Miami needs more depth and role players to put around D-Wade and LeBron. Plus, they won't be able to get much depth with Bosh's big contract in the way. The Wolves need someone to pair w/ Love that can complement him up front.
If we consider Bost a Center (he is 6'11"), couldn't he be a good fit for the Wolves? A front line of Beasley, Love, and Bosh w/ D-Will off the bench would be pretty formidable.
Here's the trade that I propose:
Wolves get Bosh
Heat gets Ridnour, Milicic, Wes Johnson, and A Randolph
Why would the Heat do this? This gives them a PG who is better than anyone else they have. They get some bench depth. And, Randolph's contract expires at the end of the year.
Why would the Wolves do it? Even though Bosh is expensive, he is a legitimate front court presence when he doesn't have his guards hogging the ball. He complements Love and Beas. He can play Center. And, he's a much needed veteran in his prime (he's 27 yo).
