Lee has knee surgery, could be out six weeks

Timberwolves rookie guard Malcolm Lee underwent surgery today to repair a torn meniscus ligament in his left knee. Lee's injury is the same knee on which he had surgery after the college season last March. He apparently injured it again sometime late in the preseason. The team in a media release termed it "successful" surgery to repair the tear.
