For those of you who thought the Blazers would be amnestying Roy and thought he'd be a good fit for the Wolves. For all we know, though, they still will. This could be just talk, though I don't know what the Blazers' motivation would be behind pretending they're not going to cut Roy when they're actually going to cut Roy.
