Feeling F*ched Friday

It's about time the pessimists had a place to vent, so I present to you for your reading enjoyment, the first weekly Feeling F*ched Friday.

ESPN ran an article showing their opinion of the top 20 rookies and sophs from the past two drafts. There is not a Wolf among them, despite having 6 1st round picks the past 2 years. Wes gets honorable mention, although I'm not sure why. Number two on the list is our own (or should have been) Steph Curry, and #1 is obviously Blake Griffin.

At first glance, it appears the Wolves had a shot at drafting any of 16 of the 20 choices. When Kahn passed on Curry, I was flabbergasted, as I'm sure most of you were. When he passed on Cousins, again there were gasps all around.

These past 2 drafts were supposed to set us up for the future, but so far, it feels like just the opposite. It feels like the people in charge of making the correct decisions were terrible at doing just that, and yet they're still in charge? How can this be?

How can you keep your job after passing on Curry? Cousins? And the rest on that list?  And don't tell me about the draft being such a crapshoot, because there's 20 examples of GM's who knew WTF they were doing.

It seems everyone but Kahn knew that Curry was the correct pick at the time. I don't want to rain on all  the optimists parade, but there comes a time when we have to admit it's just not working, and we're not going to get better for a very long time,  still.

Well, that's all I got for the first weekly Feeling F*ched Friday. Feel free to chime in with your own negative feelings about the job Kahn has done.
