People on here laughed at a proposal I made at the trading deadline involving JJ Barea.

I proposed a Flynn for Barea and a 1st rd pick which the Mavs probably would have done then.  After the deadline he saw increased playing time and is starting to get recognition league wide with his playoff performances.  Game 4 to close out the Lakers he had 22 points and 8 asts off the bench and tonight he had 21 points including 12 straight points helping to lead the Mavs to victory.  He can be a big spark off our bench and he is 2nd in the league in drawing offensive fouls hes a pest on defense and could be a nice backup to Ricky Rubio.

I believe he is a free agent this summer so its unsure how much the Mavs will offer and are able to offer they have alot of money invested into next year already.  Jason Kidd is 38 and Barea is soon to be his replacement but im not sure if Kidd is retiring.
