I admit I am a bit of a novice. However, it seems that whatever route the wolves choose to tweak their roster is not nearly as important as getting the proper coach in place.
Regarding roster changes, there are any number of routes we can take. Trade Beasley, trade the 2 for 4 and 8, find a way to get Iggy or whomever, etc. It really doesn't matter, because it is not like we are talking about the final piece to a championship puzzle yet. There is talent on this team. It may not be the most evenly balanced roster, and we can go on and on second guessing past draft choices in hindsight. However, there is no denying that whether you are talking about Flynn, Beasley, Randolph, Pek, Wes, whomever we draft etc. that there is talent present. If we had a coach who can develop them, Kahn wouldn't look like nearly the moron that he does at present.
Their number one concern is a coach that can relate to, develop, and stay the course with these younger players and coach to the strengths of the team. Rubio cannot play in a triangle offense for example. Not trying to take heat off of Kahn for hiring Rambis after the draft for example. He has made some mistakes. However, he has turned over a roster that needed turning over in a relatively short period of time. Rambis had a good reputation when we hired him...the move was not criticized around the NBA. He has been a huge disappointment with his failure to develop any of our younger talent (Love doesn't count) and trying to forcefeed an offense not suited for the roster on the team. Get rid of him already and lets move on.
