Sure the first thing you think about is inflated stats because of the Warriors system but look at the Wolves offense his stats wouldnt drop off that much.  The other problem discussed is that he is a high usage player and we already have Beasley.  But I think adding Ellis really helps out Beasley.  Beasley isnt pressured to create as much for himself with Monta creating for himself draws help defense when he attacks.  Also when Beasley went down we struggled without having a true isolation player. 

One of the Wolves problems was only having Beasley as a high usage player and not having somebody else initiate the offense more, but with the addition of Rubio and hopefully Beasley at full health it wont be as much of an issue.  But can we really sit and wait to see if it is when we could potentially have Rubio, Monta, and Beasley.

I would rather add Monta then DeRozan just because I think Wes and Ellington could turn into decent players still and Wes would really benefit from Monta.  Monta is use to playing high minutes sub in Wes for him get him a breather then bring Monta in for Rubio at PG.  Monta averages 5-6 assists a year usually I think adding Monta to this team could help out alot of our players.

If we could get Monta for #2 and matching salary role players like Flynn and others do it.  And then trade pick 20 up with someone like Pek for Biyombo if he truely is falling into the 10-14 range that would be a steal then picture the Wolves
