CLIPS NIP WOLVES!
Immediately after the game that was, I grabbed a screenshot of this "Dewey Defeats Truman" commemorative front page at ESPN. We're so cool we're even making ESPN's blooper reel!
via norwegianity.files.wordpress.com
Check out the left bottom corner. Same picture as the It's All Love story but with a slightly different caption, "Clips Nip Wolves." You gotta Love it. (The bottom middle panel on Rrrookie Rubio isn't bad either.)
Let's face it, we're living in a Wolves Wolves Wolves World.

That's hysterical.
And I was just having a Dewey/Truman conversation in class yesterday. Good timing!

If I had a blunt
I’d smoke it for ya..
..since I don’t, I’ll just have to longhorn a beer for ya. I hope that is sufficient

What's horrible is the replay was for the ORL LA game, what a joke

I had an almost opposite situation
I turned on my laptop and opened the game up on ESPN3 literally seconds before Love got the shot off. The only thing I could do was cheer and laugh.
Gary, you didn't kill your brother. Those gorillas did.

LA Times
just gave Rubio a nice write-up: Minnesota rookie Ricky Rubio serves up dramatic flash.
Yo ho ho and a FirstRow stream!
They list him as 'only 22'
Of course, he just turned 21, 3 months ago. He’s 19 months younger than Blake.

Darko's best game of his career?
Why do I feel like the bar has been raised for Darko? I mean, he had two dunks! And I don’t mean Dunkin Donuts dunks, I mean “OMG I am the second coming of Jesus Christ Superstar, technicolor coat and all” dunks.

Pretty sure he had 4 dunks.
Per the game thread, he did have a 23/16 game against the Lakers last season. And a 25 point game against the Warriors. But, all things considered, he simply cannot have had a truly better game.

My Darko abacus only goes to two.
I will need to contact a team of professional mathematicians, so I can reconfigure my Darko-Dunk-Abacus to allow a maximum value of 4.
That fact that I have to ponder this is proof that that pups have turned the corner.

If we miss the playoffs Stern
Needs to put us in the East cause the Wolves are too fun to watch this year. We’d be the #7 seed over there as opposed to #11 seed we are in the West.

So many dark pages getting accidentally published these days
I’d rant about ESPN needing to hire some professionals, but eh….we’d just be beating a dead horse at this point…
Coaching, last year vs. this year
Last year: Last second win against LAC on an iso.
This year: Last second win against LAC on a wide-open shot from an actual drawn-up play.

I have nothing constructive to add to this thread other than
‘Booya biatches’
nice catch. I think Zgoda was tweeting that he had to
rewrite his story for the Trib. last night too.
Correct headline then would be
“Wolves Nip Clips”
Hmmm… :)

Are they available
in brushed nickel?

hahahaha
Pretty weird though, Jason. Brushed nickel nip clips? If that’s your thing. I prefer the simple elegance of the egg white nip clip. Classic, yet kinky. And painful, very, very painful.
