Kind of Curious, They fire Flip bring in Wittman

I know this isn't directly T-Wolves related, but it called my attention that both of these guys were former coaches of the team. I Wish Flip all the best, I still don't think we should have fired him back then. I think the Wizards will regret it to. Is Wittman really and improve? I doubt it, his .266 win percentage according to wiki with the Wolves proves it. I know Flip was fired and then Wittman hired, but I thought this was surprising.
