Twin Cities establishments carrying League Pass
Hey everyone, I thought it would be good to put together a running list of Twin Cities establishments that carry NBA League Pass. This thought obviously came to mind with a couple recent games not on FSN or national coverage, but I'm compelled to post this now, as SnP pointed out that 3 upcoming games will also not be aired (@NJN 2/1, HOU 2/4, & NYK 2/11).
Edited: Had Sacramento listed on 2/7, but it's been added on FSN - good news!
Hopefully, there are some decent spots to add to the list! Thanks for playing!
1) Hubert's (duh) attached to Target Center
2) Alary's - Downtown St. Paul
3) Buffalo Wild Wings (Roseville, Dinkytown, West St. Paul...you're on the internet, go ahead and look up their other locations :)
4) Champps (Maplewood, Richfield, EP, Tonka, ditto what I stated for B-Dubs)
5) The Loop - Downtown Minneapolis
6) Sarna's - Columbia Heights
7) Some creepy house in Northwest Minneapolis (I keed, I keed!)

Good call, I bet they all do
I’ll add it to the list.
I only ever want the Wolves to draft 5th.

Yep
We watched a game there (Roseville location) a cpl wks back…was hilarious-felt a lil like being at a mall or roller skating rink…but saw the game nonetheless.
Great thread!
Thank you. This, I’m sure, will come in handy.
The Sacramento game on 2/7 is on FSN, tho.
So bars aren't blacked out locally
like us mere mortals?
He's Ricky Rubio. He’s not like anyone else.
Of course not
It’s all about leveraging content to make it as expensive as humanly possible for the fans.
I wish one of our math majors would crunch the numbers to figure out how much it would cost a Wolves fan to “legally” see every game this season. The results might surprise some people.
Yo ho ho and a FirstRow stream!
$169 plus
all the money I could be making during 66 Wolves games.
You can't...dust...for vomit.

That's the cost of cable
plus League Pass? Because I think you need both to see ALL our games, don’t you?
Yo ho ho and a FirstRow stream!
Cable or satellite
is around $50/month to get the package with FSN. And then you need to pay for League Pass and for the commute outside of the blackout area in order to see all of our games.
Alternatively, one can pay for tickets + concessions at Target Center or pay for concessions at a local bar with League Pass (both approaching $50/game). It’s not for the common person.

Blackouts?
Local blackouts with league pass, this must only be for home games not shown on local tv?
Excellent Thread
I can confirm Alary’s as I watched the 1/14 @ATL game there and also confirm Huberts as I have friends that watched the 1/21 @UTA game there.
This search mentions three other locations but I can’t confirm they show the Wolves games.
Sound at Alary's?
If so, that’d be a good spot.
They usually have sound at BW3 (unless the Wild are on)
Don Godofredo Montego de Montevideo
No Sound for the Wolves
at Alary’s. I believe they had the sound from the closed circuit broadcast of the Crashed Ice event on the night I was there.
But I guess other nights they could turn the sound on the Wolves depending on what other games are being broadcast.

Nice find
I’ll add those to the list, because it’s on the internet, and the internet’s never wrong (if anyone can refute those locations, you win the web).

Champps
The Richfield, Eden Prairie, and Minnetonka locations definitely carry League Pass. The others I can’t confirm, but its extremely likely. The Richfield store will go sound up if asked, barring conflicts.

Honestly...
Im a good guy(what rapist admits it?). I live in an old house with 4 other guys, we all went to the same Christian College(Maybe admitting I was a rapist would have been better?). We drink, watch B-Ball and just have a good time. I wouldnt mind hosting a CH night or just having someone over.

offering not just to host, but to provide homebrewed beer gets rec!
…even if I’m 12 hours away…
Sarnas has pretty good food
and 4-5 reasonably good size screens, so that might be a decent option. But there’s really nothing like watching a grainy, fluttering feed while typing on a tablet such witticisms as “Damn you Wes”, in your bathrobe foisting a beer to really bring out the true sport fan in each of us!
Well, maybe that was just a bit too vivid a picture for the younger audience?
All true CHers watch games at home on their 54" plasma screens surrounded by friends, beautiful women, and lighting cigars with Ben Franklins while eating caviar and camembert!
There, Fixed that for you….
Ricky is lobbing at an Ooptimal level!
Oddly enough . . .
I have some camembert that I’m saving for an event. No cigars or beautiful women here, though. And I watch on my 23" computer monitor.

One more
I’m sure this fanpost is starting to collect dust but….
I can confirm that Bar Abilene in Uptown Mpls has NBA League Pass. They had the Wolves/Nets game on all their screens on Friday night. The place didn’t have many people in it, but I was impressed that every TV in the place had the Wolves on.
