I’m always telling people that Rubio is totally the next Johnny Moore, and now I’ve got the evidence to back it up!
Oh, and lower win shares is better, right? You should resort your list. As is, it makes it look like Rubio isn’t the best PG in league history…

Throw in FT% >= .815
And you’ve got Rubio, Paul, and Kidd. Throw in “with a scraggly beard,” and you’ve got only Rubio. :-)
