Unicorn is clutch!
Rubio definitely passes the eye test concerning the "it" factor. But, I thought I would share some of Ricky Rubio's stats from 82games.com. Because we can't get enough validation, right?
Check out the clutch time stats: small sample size (but he has played 99% of our clutch time minutes this season) .778 FG%, 29% assist rate, and he gets to the line a ton and makes his free throws. Pretty remarkable stuff.

Yup he is clutch
and I would go as far as to say twolves as a team make a lot of timely shots and plays. Most of the games this year were extremely close games, and it should help when (not if) Twolves are in the playoffs.
Excellent!
For me, the Wolves should be more consistent in tight games, but I’m sure that will improve this aspect. With pressure, Rubio is when he pulls out his best basketball to light.
I suppose if anyone can be something that doesn't exist, it's the unicorn
He’s quite good in the 4th quarter when the margin is 6 points or less.
In those situations (not just with time running down) he has a 70% TS (6-7 from 3! with 23 FTAs!), 24 assists, 4 steals, 13 rebounds, and only 5 turnovers in 101 minutes. His situational PER of 30.61 leads the team by a wide margin.
Unicorn *Has been* clutch
this is in no way predictive.

Blake Griffin *has been* a dunker
You can't...dust...for vomit.
+1
This will probably average out over time. Specifically his shooting.
If I'm pissing you off its probably sarcasm

Oh I think his numbers will come down.
But I think the fact that he steps it up is a good sign. Not predictive, but he its hard to discount his performance in the 4th.
One thing about Rubio that doesn’t really get mentioned is that he is in tremendous shape. On some defensive possessions it looks like he is guarding 3 guys at once and helping out on everybody – yet rarely is he out of position. During the first 3 quarters he does look a step faster, but in the 4th it closer to 2 steps, it seems.
