Dwight Howard is stupid!
Dwight Howard is stupid if he demands to be traded anywhere besides Minnesota. He is the perfect compliment to K-Love and Rubio. I don't believe there is another team in the league that would be a better fit for Howard. We have the best passing point guard in the NBA. And he's a rookie. We have a four who can play outside and doesn't need to have the offense run through him to score. The only player he would have to fight for rebounds would be his own teammate. We have shooters. If Dwight Howard wants to win a championship he will come to Minnesota.
I am aware the reality of this happen is pretty slim so there is no need to call me a moron, an idiot, a retard, or any of the other names my parents called me when I was growing up. Just dreaming of how awesome it would be if Howard was smart enough to realize we have everything in place he needs to win a ring.

Fun stuff
I’m not quite sure about the grammatical correctness of my previous comment
but compliment kills me
I'd say "complement"
but there’s a narrow sense in which “compliment” is sometimes right, and this is one of them.
What's wrong with the NBA is what's wrong with the USA: too much respect for superstars and not enough for working class heroes.
I hate dwight howard
hate how everyone compared him to shaq
hate how he went by the nickname “superman” when the real superman was still playing
hate how he has the physical assets but will never be as half as great/ dominant as shaq
hate how many stupid commercials he has to be in
hate how he tries to be funny like shaq but he is so goofy and stupid
Dont want that piece of crap here, and we probably cant afford it either
Dwight is really good
But I’d prefer James Harden over him on this team. We need a Harden type of player to be an absolutely killer team.
From what I saw, our inside D is just fine.
some guy that served in the navy.

Sigh.
I don’t think we can internet bully Dwight into coming.

If we don't try
We’ll never find out.

Dwight has many objectives
He wants to win a championship right now, he wants to be in a bigger market, he wants everyone to love him, he wants to be in a warm weather city. Will be tough to achieve all of those, and many are not possible in MN unfortunately.
I think it is an interesting question though – how good would MN be as a long term fit, and would Howard help more than a big upgrade at SG (like Eric Gordon).

I can say, with 100% confidence...
…that adding Dwight Howard would help more than adding Eric Gordon. Also, adding LeBron James would help more than adding Kevin Martin, and adding Dirk Nowitzki would help more than adding Chris Dudley.

I get what you are saying
and did not mean that Gordon was on the same level as Howard.
But if Adelman sees Love as a 5, and we have absolutely noone at SG worth a darn, then I wonder which one would produce more wins for the Wolves.

I could see making the argument if we weren’t talking about one of the very best players in the league. A decent but less valuable 2 over Zach Randolph? Sure. Almost anyone over Dwight Howard? Nope.

This
Plus in the insane fake make believe magical universe in which the Wolves somecrazyhow trade for Howard, and sign him without giving up Love or Rubio, we’d surely give up Beasley, Randolph, Williams, Tolliver, and/or anybody else who is causing the log jam at 4 that is occasionally pushing Love to play 5. Love can play 5 with this zany roster, but anybody who thinks this situation + Eric Gordon is better than Love + Howard is lying to themselves.
To be clear, 2 is a more dire need given Love’s proven ability to play 5, and Wes’s proven inability to play 2… but come on. Think about what you’re thinking about.
Think about what you’re thinking about.
Well said. That is good advice in general.
