Chauncey Billups, who has been out since last February with a torn achilles tendon, plans to make his return in tonight's game against the Wolves.

Clippers coach Vinny Del Negro has stated he intends to start Billups at the shooting guard spot, which he held before the injury. He'll replace Willie Green in the starting 5, while Jamal Crawford will continue to come off the bench.
