I love Pek. He is probably one of the most likable NBA players I've seen.

I was watching the Wolves/Thunder game and the TNT announcer clods were really mocking Pek unceasingly. It is true Pek has a passing resemblance to that guy from Superman 2, Non, but it is kind of classless for these millionaire celebrities to put up a huge blown-up picture on national television and all laugh breathlessly for ten seconds at our Pek. It was a real loser move. No class.

You could see Sir Charles was a bit uncomfortable with it, but the others had no hesitation in acting rudely.

So I was thinking about Pek, and we all know how sensitive he is, when he is not out chopping meat with a sword. Here is what he should do.

Go mustache. Full large mustache.

Not a fu manchu. Not a handlebar. I've inspected his beard and I don't think he could rock a thick handlebar. He needs to do bushy cop stache. He needs a dad mustache that is full and awesome.

Keep the short hair. Keep the rest of the face cleanshaven. But just do a big ole stache. It would kill the Non comparison, plus it would look amazing.

So if anyone out there is reading this that has grooming advice power over Pek, please suggest this to him. Or else leave a lot of headshots of Magnum PI around for a subtle suggestion.
