I really have nothing to base this on, but at what point do we need to look and see if our training staff is doing what needs to be done to keep these athletes healthy? I know last year we seemed to have alot of injuries and this year is just off the charts. (I'm curious where we stack on the "games lost to injury" statistics..). I know that Phoenix has long been considered the elite training staff in the league based on what they do with their players to keep them healthy. Could we be missing out on something thats causing our players to go in the opposite direction? More susceptible to knee injuries, back spasms, food poisoning, etc? Why was Kevin Love doing "knuckle pushups" with his "personal trainer" to begin with? Why did he need a personal trainer?
I dont know. I'm just getting incredibly frustrated with whats happened to this team over the last 2 years in regards to staying healthy.
