Around SBN: What If This Is It For The Celtics? End Of An Era Looming

International (and Local) Fan's Hoopus Night/Week/Etc

This is just an idea.

Anyone (international and local fans) think this is within the realms of possibility?

Given there's a few of us scattered around the world (like me: Japan) and given the fact that we have a team that is finally worth blowing a few clams on (to see play) in flights, accom, tickets, and ancilliaries - would any one be interested in doing this.

I was looking at the the 4-game home stand from the 5th to the 10th of March as an example. I can't do it this year (too close and work comittments) but next season i'd definitely be down.

Any other CH members (international and local) be interested in doing something like this?

If not - i tried (will prob go on my own or with wife this year or the next - eyeing off the LAC-OKC 2-game stretch in mid-April as a possibility - but getting a bunch of us together would add a pretty cool dimension to this for all of us methinks)...

What say you???

Awesome idea

And I have promised myself a trip to see the Wolves.

Keep me in mind.

I think this is the first time in history one man managed to destroy an entire city by himself. Even the Enola Gay had a flight crew.

Heh, I've been kinda tentatively thinking about something like this in a few years

When I’m no longer a student.

I just hope Love and Rubio are still around then.

I'd be up for

a twenty-minute ride to hang out with you guys if you were to travel hundreds and thousands of miles to be here!

I know a sweet ramp that is $3.50 and a <10 minute walk from Target Center

Maybe best of all, it empties right out onto fourth street and a quick two turns around the block and you’re on your way out of downtown, virtually traffic-free.

Stop messing with my excuses

and don’t even think about cutting across my lawn!

ha!

In all seriousness, on 4th street, first ramp west of Marquette Ave.

Me too, the influx of Spanish fans to this site has been huge.

An exhibition game against Barcelona could be fun – see whether a top Euroleague team could cope with an NBA team.

Hmm, Spain, late Summer/early Autumn, to watch basketball. I could just about cope with that.

Ok then... Will post again regarding this idea when the 12-13 sched. is published.

By the way locals whats the worst period generally for snow/low temperatures in Minny. I get enough of that here in northern Japan (especially this year) – so i’d much rather be visit when the weather is a bit more agreeable.

right now, in theory

Dec-Feb supposed to be the dead of winter. April can be heavenly.

I'm pretty sure

would happen to me. Specially after a year posting here.
