If he doesn't want to put his money in a bank
that’s his business. I just wish he was a little better at making bank shots.

If he is still that way. Casey was his teammate 5 years ago, seems a long time ago to make too much of this story, but certainly adds to the aura of the man we know as Darko!

He doesn't use them...
He doesn’t use them because he can’t hit them – both real-life banks and bank shots. Or, maybe he tried to hit a real-life bank, mixing it up with a bank shot, and that is why he doesn’t trust them… his hand still hurts from his “bank shot.”
Darko is a legend
So he doesn’t talk much and he doesn’t trust banks. I wonder how he gets his salary? In cash? The postman brings him?
He also could’ve lied. He doesn’t talk much, but when he talks, he lies. How badass is that?
The story says that Casey didn't necessary believe him.
Just think how fun crazy Darko would be if he could play consistently good basketball.
Ok, ill stand up in defense of my countryman:
He saves his money under the bed and send it to Serbia by pigeons in small amounts for this: Once his wife read an article about some children in Serbia suffering from some rare disease and who needed the money for some expensive medical treatment abroad. Darko just called journalist to give him those children parents contact. Phone them and said that he will pay for all treatments and for all children (5 -7 of them i can’t remember). Each treatment costs about 150.000 dollars (per group i think, not per child)… He is wierd, i know….

i tried to be ironic about Darko not using the banks
and comments about that how he uses his money, but, my English is not very good :-)
