At first I thought 9 was way too high. But when I looked down, only the magic should clearly be ahead of the wolves. Dallas, Denver, Philly and Boston are arguable (and imo we're better than houston right now). I would say 11-12 range seems more reasonable, which isn't that far off from 9.
