Canis Hoopus Favorite Prospect Jae Crowder says he is giong to lose 20 of his 245 pounds and become a shooting guard. This is an interesting development for several reasons, one of which is that Chad Ford has about a dozen SGs rated higher than Crowder, as opposed to seven SFs rated as better players (for what it's worth). So perhaps his relative value in this draft may be even lower as an SG than as an SF? Do you think he can be an effective SG in the NBA, and, more importantly, for the Wolves? Does the position switch make him more or less attractive to the Wolves?
