I'm sure this isn't new to many of you, but I was shocked to learn that Lebron James has six toes on his right foot. Not from a tabloid, but from as told to linked to <skeptically> by Jim Romenesko, one of the most trusted names in journalism.

SB Nation posted on this, and I have to say that the first picture looks pretty conclusive (and the second picture has an odd, photoshopped quality to it).

I know, heavy, heavy stuff. Still trying to wrap my brain around this one. Obviously, this calls for a poll!
