I am so confuused by this whole restricted Free agency deal. I am really interested in signing Eric Gordon (I'm hopefull)
and I know he is a RFA. So I figure he will probably decline his Qualifying offer, as he can demand much more, but from there what can he do? Say Minnesota offers him 8 million a year and New Orleans decides to match it, does he have to choice to sign here, or does he have to sign where the money is? I searched long to find this and all the other places I looked were to confusing. I think this is important to familiarize ourselfs with nbecause Minnesota will most likely be involved with many RFA's.
