Let me start by saying that I do not support the Timberwolves trying to attain Pau Gasol. I like Derrick and I think we should let him mature and develop with this team. My guess is that, after a long off season and a FULL training camp he is going to be much improved and his minutes will go up (hopefully taking them from Wes).

However, just for fun, let me propose to you fine folks what I think would be an awesome scenario to imagine. Pau, Love, and Pek all on the floor at the same time. (with Ricky running the point, obviously). This would create a devastating defensive nightmare for the other team. The reason being of course that once Ricky feeds the ball inside there would be almost no stopping the Wolves from either a) scoring or b) getting the offensive rebound. Sure we'd have a defensive mismatch on the other side of the floor but I think we'd just generally outscore them anyway. Rick Adelman probably wouldn't like this idea though (and we're probably not getting Pau anyway), but I'd like to see what would happen.
