The 2012 NBA All-Smile First Team

Just in time for the Olympics, it's the 2012 NBA All-Smile First Team, headlined by some local fan favorites.

Point Guard: Jonny Flynn

A lottery pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves, Flynn headlined a three-point-guard draft that nearly caused a riot ushered the team into a new, pearly white era. Proving that his was the most NBA-ready smile in the draft, Flynn was the only one of the Wolves' three point guard picks to immediately start for the team.

Shooting Guard: Wes Johnson

Sporting arguably the longest and most athletic smile on the roster, the 2010 Big East Player of the Year reunites with his former Syracuse and Timberwolves teammate to round out the All-Smile backcourt. This summer, Johnson has taken his talents to Las Vegas for one last shot at proving he is an NBA player to lead the Timberwolves' Summer League team.

Small Forward: Carmelo Anthony

Admit it: your heart melts a little every time he flashes that ridiculous smile.

Power Forward: Kris Humphries

With his surreal ability to always look like a giant douche keep smiling through a celebrity marriage and shocking divorce that drew the jeers of opposing fans, Humphries is in the midst of an offseason being coveted by several teams who don't want to give up any assets for him.

Center: Dwight Howard

Like Humphries, Howard has continued to smile through some of the most painfully awkward, self-induced, childish trying circumstances, culminating in his magnanimous decision to drag this intolerable melodrama out even longer return to his team for another year. A former Smile Dunk Champion, Howard is known for his powerful Smiley Oops and is currently the subject of several Smile and Trade rumors.

6th man: Gordon Hayward

With a name nearly as white as his incisors, Hayward exploded onto the national scene in the 2010 NCAA Tournament, leading Butler to within inches of a national title.

13th man: Kendrick Perkins

Perkins' last documented smile was so potent he hasn't needed to use it in the 8 years since.

Coach: Greg Popovich

Because of that one time he smiled.

GM: David Kahn

The man(na), the legend, the smile drafting specialist.

Owner: Paul Allen
