Local Wolves games legally stream-able?

I haven't seen this discussed anywhere else so I thought I'd bring it up here. From what I gather in the article it might have become much easier to watch the Wolves without cable this season.

Does anyone know how this effects the Wolves and the major Twin Cities media providers? I'm assuming they mean internet subscribers, not cable subscribers, but maybe I'm wrong on that? My optimistic view on this is that I will actually be able to watch the Wolves from my Comcast internet connection. If that is correct, this season just got a lot more exciting.
